What a very great place!! We just recently had hail damage and a new roof installed. The day after the storm my phone and house absolutely blew up calls knocking wanting to take a look. I called NHH cause I like supporting local smaller businesses. I talked to the owner who actually came out to my place. First impressions are everything I was pleased to see someone show up with a normal work truck not lifted flashy with there name all over the side like they spend all there profit on there vehicle witch is there choice to. Arnie came out talked to us about the process and how it would go since we have never had this happen before. He was very open and answered every question we had. It was very comforting after speaking knowing how everything worked. After the process started everything went very fast and smooth dumpster showed up they came out for choosing the shingles and the next day we had a new roof. While the work was taking place i was updated by Amanda who was very friendly and said how the process was going and when they should be cleaning up and leaving. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend doing business with NHH..

NHH did an excellent job replacing our roof. We contacted them right away after a hail storm so they were very quick about coming out to inspect and also to do the repair work. We liked working with them so much we’re having them back for some additional work on our house. Highly recommend!

We used NHH to replace half our windows, replace siding, and replace gutters. We had reached out to a few companies before even closing on our new home to estimate the amount of money needed to fix the most necessary items from our inspection. Jeff Chromy reached out almost immediately, like seriously less than an hour I think, even in the height of summer, and suggested to come by ASAP as a storm had come through the area recently and to see if we had a chance to propose any damages be covered by the seller’s insurance. There ended up not being any damage, but Jeff was extremely responsive and friendly from the start. One other company never responded, one was actually super rude to me during the estimate process, one never showed up to complete an estimate after setting an appointment, and the last was a highly rated local company as well, but their price was slightly higher than NHH. Ok, business sold to NHH 😁!Jeff was great in answering questions promptly and providing a few different options for us. He was honest and straight forward, I never felt any pressure or felt like I was being manipulated like I’ve felt from some other businesses I’ve been in contact with for various repair or construction companies. The crew was super friendly, very professional, and excellent workers, arriving promptly in the morning and worked hard all day! The project from start to finish was exactly what was estimated. I wish I remembered their names, I’m terrible at that, I believe Sam was possibly the crew lead? But anyways, they were a great team and I was very impressed with their work. They were also patient with my puppy wanting to greet them in the morning, as a guardian dog, he needed to check out who was on his territory! 🤣Overall, we had a great experience and are extremely pleased with the quality of the end result. Our house looks amazing! We would highly recommend NHH.

NHH’s crews were very friendly and respectful to the working environment; they even took time to play fetch with the dog from time to time! Great job on the craftsmanship in replacing my roofs; both asphalt and steel, soffits, facias, and gutters. I would hire again, without question, for any house projects in the future!

NHH Roofing PLUS is a HIGHLY communicative company, with competitive prices, great product and INCREDIBLE service/labor. We are so pleased with our new asphalt roof, skylight, and the entire project, that we wanted to highlight our positive experience.The initial roof inspection was done by the owner. Arnie was warm, professional and ethical. His office staff (Amanda) initiated phone calls and text and was in the loop with the project manager (Greg & Erik). We were informed & there were no delays or surprises with our new roof.The only surprise was how fantastic the roofing crew and company was. The roofers arrived at 6:15 am and by 6:30 am the had strategically covered our shrubs and yard with tarps and started removing our old shingles. They worked like machines, hard working and efficient. Saul noticed some unexpected rot in our roof and we were immediately notified and consulted with our options. Saul and his crew had plywood replacement sheets on hand and once again there was no delay in the work. By three pm the project was done and ALL debris was picked up. The crew was courteous & very conscious to leave no nail, shingle or trash behind.Everything looks great, it was such a seamless project with no disappointments. Everyone we worked with for our hail damaged roof was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was referred by a friend who worked with Trey and we were lucky enough to have him out to inspect our roof. Trey was also there to meet our insurance claim person and walked us through the claim process. Our roof was installed while we were on vacation and they kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend NHH!

Trey was easy to work with, very accommodating with meeting at times after work. The company completed the roofing job in one day. The window wraps were done in one day. The worked with my insurance company to help cover additional costs , as my house was older and had only decking with gaps and needed new sheeting on the old part of the house. Our subdivision was severely hit by a hail storm and hundreds of homes were damaged. I noticed that several of my neighbors had already contracted with NHH to make repairs so our choice of contractors was made pretty easy. The inspector from NHH made us feel comfortable and a level of trust was built. Soon, many of the homes in the area were under repair and workers from many different companies were repairing homes. It was at this time that a hurricane down south destroyed the southern Texas area. My Wife and I noticed that the crews that were working so diligently in our neighborhood began to vanish. The NHH team made sure that the work that was contracted locally was being completed. I was impressed with the their craftsmanship. Some major repairs needed to be made and in the end, our home looks like the storm never happened. Due to high demand and a lack of materials in the marketplace, the repairs were forced to be made over an extended period of time. The NHH staff kept us informed throughout and handled things as quickly as possible. Nothing was completed until our full satisfaction was met. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs.

After a hail storm tore through our part of town in 2020, we had a local company, NHH Roofing, inspect our roofing. Arnie Lawson of NHH Roofing could not have been more accommodating or informative in the entire process. Arnie and NHH Roofing worked with the insurance company and inspector directly, leaving nothing to us but the home-owner decisions of shingle types, venting, and gutters. Communication is key in situations such as these where claims may only be filed once in a life

When a tree fell on the house, NHH replaced the siding and roofing. Excellent work, better than new! They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Very pleased with the hard work and communication of this company. I was initial contact with the owner, Arnie, and he was very up-front and honest about everything. He answered all my questions and returned all of my phone calls. Once the contract was signed, I dealt with Amanda and Dawn in the office – both very professional and answered all my questions and kept me up-to-date on the status of my project.
